All orders placed after 22nd December will be shipped from 3rd January. 

Our customer service team are taking a well-deserved break over the festive season. All customer queries received after 24th December will be responded to from 5th January. 

 

Shipping

We ship Worldwide. Please note, if you choose a non-tracked delivery option we are unable to update you on your order once it has left the warehouse or claim for any packages lost within the postal service. In this instance, we are unable to refund you or reissue your order. When the tracking option has been selected, these details will be provided to you at the point of shipping.

In the case that your order hasn't arrived or there are any issues with the product, you must contact the team within 60 days. Deliveries within the U.K only will be by first class Royal Mail post - tracked or untracked. All post to Europe and Rest Of World will be made by standard airmail Royal Mail post. Courier options are also available. Efficiency does vary between different countries postal services. International customs can also hold up a package and in these cases it is unfortunately out of our control. 

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 1-4 working days

Europe: 4-7 working days

USA / Canada: 7-14 working days

Rest of world: 7-20 working days

 

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy excluding Vinyl. Vinyl can not be returned unless faulty. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. 

Note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and are only eligible for store credit. Return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return parcel.

Changes or cancellations

Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly so we are unable to accomodate changes to most orders. 

 

 

 

Customs and Import Duty Charges

Please note that customers of some countries may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. 

You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges and your parcel is not delivered to you, you will not be refunded for your order. 

 

 

United States Tariffs, Duties and Taxes 

A 10% upfront tariff fee will be charged on all orders to the United States. On orders that require a courier (over 2kg in weight), you may incur additional fees by your local courier. In the event you are charged additional fees by your local courier, the original 10% tariff fee charged at checkout will be refunded. The fee (if any) charged by your local courier is the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to pay these charges and your parcel is not delivered to you, you will not be refunded for your order.
