We ship Worldwide.

Please note, if you choose a non-tracked delivery option we are unable to update you on your order once it has left the warehouse or claim for any packages lost within the postal service. In this instance, we are unable to refund you or reissue your order. When the tracking option has been selected, these details will be provided to you at the point of shipping. In the case that your order hasn't arrived or there are any issues with the product, you must contact the team within 60 days.

Deliveries within the U.K only will be by first class Royal Mail post - tracked or untracked. All post to Europe and Rest Of World will be made by standard airmail Royal Mail post. Courier options are also available.

Here is a rough guide (but not guaranteed) to how long your order should take to arrive:

UK: 1-4 working days, Europe: 4-7 working days, USA / Canada: 7-14 working days, rest of world: 7-20 working days, depending on location.

Efficiency does vary between different countries’ postal services. International customs can also hold up a package and in these cases it is unfortunately out of our control. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy on non-sale items. Items must be returned unworn or in unused condition, in their original packaging.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact info@1985.co.uk ASAP. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 days after the order is made (subject to weekends and public holidays), so please contact us as close to making your order as possible or your item(s) may have already been dispatched. 

Orders including products on pre-order

Please note, if you order includes an item that is currently in the pre-order period, the rest of your order will be held until all products are available. 

Customs and Import Duty Charges

Please note that residents of some countries may have to pay customs or import duty charges on their order. Because these charges are levied by your government and are specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this might be. You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund. In the case your order is returned, you will receive a refund in full.
